Winter is the Season we tend to focus on the Homestead and the Farmhouse on our farm. We reorganize, repair abandoned systems, literally fix the house, and focus on the individuals that work, live and play here. There is healing and quiet, reinvigoration, and time for the simple things. Normally lots of ice fishing and tons and tons of cooking.

This season we are sharing our Homesteading Adventures with everyone through our Daily Farm Vlog Series on TikTok & YouTube. Watch Our Daily Vlog Playlist! Lots of Homemade Cooking Inspiration, New Animals, and Pantry Chats. Coming Soon are our Garden Renovations and Daily Life at Our Aquatic Plant & Fish Farm.

The seasons are unpredictable this year which means Kevin is back to working on stonewalls and doing minor pond repairs around the state. The early season warmth has his phone ringing & schedule booking quickly this season. I’m always anxiously awaiting his construction season to see what masterpieces he creates this year.

We hope to accomplish a few improvements at Pondering Creations Farm & Giftshop to make your visit relaxing. We expanded our aquatic plant growing area and hope to find the time to add a bog to our pond. The parking area has doubled since last season and there will be big changes in our product line in our nature inspired giftshop.
We will not be exhibiting at the Ct Flower & Garden Show this season. We will be at the farm tending to our new lambs and back to work for as long as this mild weather allows.

Please be sure to support your local businesses and farmers this season & every season!
